摘要
通过对庐山1991 ～1997 年森林火灾( 火警) 发生的环境因素分析,确定了引起森林火灾的气温、降水量、相对湿度、风速、连旱等主要气象指标。并提出了群众性防火、建立森林防火“信息高速公路”、生物防火、化学防火、建立防火池及人工降雨等6 种防火对策。
This paper analysis the environmental factors of forest fire in Lushan Mountain, and defines the major factors which cause the forest fire, such as air temperature, rainfall, air humidity, wind speed, continuious drought. This paper also provides six counter measures, namely public fire-proof, forest fire-proof “information highwag”, biological fire proof, chemical fire-proof, fire-proof pool and artificial rainfall.
