摘要
提出了一种用分光光度法测定乙二醇中痕量钼的新方法.该方法是基于在强酸性溶液中,钼与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)和阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)发生高灵敏度的显色反应,生成稳定的配合物,其λmax为524nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε524为1.03×105.比较详细地研究了各种实验条件的影响.钼在乙二醇溶液中的回收率为94%~98%,结果满意.
A new method for determination of trace molybdenum in ethylene glycol by spectrophotometry was proposed. This method is based on molybdenum react sensitivey with salicyl fluorine and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, a cationic surfactant, to form the stable complexes in the strong acid solution.Its λ_(max) is 524 nm and its apparent ε_(524 )is 1.03×10^(5). The feat condition was studied in detail .The recovery of molybdenum in ethylene glycol ranged from 94% to 98%.The proposed method gave a satisfactory result for the determination of molybdenum in ethylene glycol.
