摘要
研究了以己二酰异羟肟酸作新型显色剂,分光光度法测定了微量钼,该显色剂在pH为1.4~2.2条件下与钼(Ⅵ)生成黄色络合物,λmax为420nm,ε420为3.2×103L·mol-1·cm-1,钼含量在1~138μg·mL-1范围内符合比尔定律。此外还研究了该络合物组成及共存离子的影响,是一种简便的测定微量钼的方法。
The spectrophotometric determination of micro amounts of molybdenum(Ⅵ) with adipichydroxamic acid (A new coloration reagent) has been studied. The adipichydroxamic acid reacts with molybdenum(Ⅵ) in pH 1.4~2.2 hydrochloric acid medium to form yellow complex.The maximum adsorption is at 420 nm. The molar adsorptivity is 3.2×103 L·mol-1·cm-1.Berr's law is obeyed within the concentration range of 1.0~138 μg·mL-1.The effects of foreign ions on the determination of molybdenum(Ⅵ) have been described. The molar ratio of complex has been established. It is a highly sensitive,simple method for the determination of micro amounts of molybdenum(Ⅵ).
