摘要
结合工程技术开发和工程实际,研制了一套先进实用的全液压卷取机自动化控制系统。文章阐述了系统的自动化配置及其控制性能,着重分析了卷取控制系统、踏步控制系统的控制思想和优化方案,以求为卷取技术开发和实践应用提供一种新的思路和帮助。
In Combination with technical development and engineering practice,a set of advanced automatic control system for hydraulic coilers has been developed. The automation configuration and its control performance are described. The control concept and optimization scheme for coiling control system and step control system are analyzed. It is useful to the development and application of the coiling technology.
