摘要
自动踏步控制是卷取机控制系统中最重要的控制部分,而自动踏步控制的成功与否取决于对带钢位置跟踪的准确性。现在大部分钢厂都采用激光检测器来检测带钢的位置,但是激光检测器具有信号不稳定、可靠性差的缺点。为了解决这一问题,采用热金属检测器代替激光检测器来检测带钢的位置。介绍热轧带钢厂卷取踏步控制的工作原理和信号检测仪器改造的技术方案及实施方案。用热金属检测器代替激光检测器检测带钢位置,提高了检测的准确性、可靠性以及带钢卷形的质量和外观合格率。
Auto jump control is the most important part of the coiler control system,while the success of auto jump control de pends on the accuracy of strip steel location tracking. Most steel mills use laser detector to detect the position of strip steel. However,laser detector has some drawbacks,such as signal instability and poor reliability. In order to solve this problem,hot metal detector is used to detect the position of strip steel. The paper introduces the principle of coiling jump control and transformation technology and implementation plan of signal detection equipment. The detection accuracy and reliability are improved by using hot metal detector to detect the position of strip steel, as well as quality and appearance of the strip steel.
