摘要
拉瓦尔喷嘴是宝钢2RH设备蒸汽喷射泵的核心部件,蒸汽在喷嘴中的工作特性由喷嘴截面的几何形状和出入口的压力差决定,对这两者进行了研究。在现场生产中,拉瓦尔喷嘴受到系统废气的腐蚀和冲刷,经过分析找出了腐蚀原因,并提出了改进措施。
The Laval nozzle is a core part of the steam injection pump of Baosteel 2RH equipment. The performance characteristics of the steam in the nozzle is determined by shape of the nozzle' s cross section and pressure difference between the outlet and inlet, therefore the two factors mentioned above need to be further studied. In the routine production, the Laval nozzle is corroded and scoured by waste gas from the system. Now corrosion causes have been found out through analyzing the production line, and measures for improvement have been put forward.
