摘要
简要概述了本钢炼钢厂1号RH系统的设备状况、蒸气喷射泵的工作原理,并结合现场实际情况对影响蒸气喷射泵能力的因素以及现场运行中容易出现的故障和处理方法进行了分析。根据实践经验和RH系统多年的运行情况,列出了RH真空泵的相关数据表及冷凝器的冷却数据表,列举了系统出现过的故障并说明了故障排除的方法。
This paper briefly introduces equipment of No.1 RH in Bengang steel-making works and the working principle of steam ejector.The influencing factors on steam ejector capacity,failures easily happened during operation and troubleshooting measures are described with reference to actual working situation on site.According to practical experiences and RH system working situation of many years,the paper provides data table of RH vacuum pump and cooling data table of condenser,the failure happened in site and resolving solution.
