摘要
采用酶法技术 ,对青藏高原产油菜蜂花粉进行破壁 ,工艺简单 ,条件温和 ,易于操作 ,适合工业化生产 ,破壁率高于 90 %以上。破壁花粉有利于活性物质的释放和人体的吸收。
The technique for a wall-broken of the cole-bee pollen,which produced in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and was without chemical and biological pollution,has been studied by the enzyme catalysis under the conditions of room temperature and pH 3.5~7.5.The wall-broken efficiency is more 90% and the wall-broken pollen is benefit to releasing of active materials and to absorbing for human body.The technique is suitable for industrial produce because of gentle conditions and uncomptex process.
