摘要
本文用动态光弹性模拟试验和分析方法,观察和分析研究了爆炸应力波对高速扩展的运动裂纹扩展方向和扩展速度的影响过程和机理。结果表明:当α[裂纹扩展方向与入射膨胀波(P波)波阵面法线的夹角]=0时,P波的作用不会改变裂纹的扩展方向,但使其扩展速度发生变化,入射剪切波(S波)能使裂纹改变扩展方向;当0<α<π/2时,P波和S波都能改变裂纹扩展方向,而且,P波使裂纹扩展速度降低,S波使裂纹扩展速度提高。这一试验研究对于理解爆炸、冲击载荷与扩展裂纹相互作用的机理,对于理解控制、光面、预裂爆破中相邻炮孔之间后爆炮孔产生的应力波与先爆炮孔壁上产生的裂纹的相互作用具有理论和实际意义。
The interaction of blasting stress waves with a crack driven by explosive load were researched with the dynamic photoelasticity in this paper. The effect of the stress waves on the direction and velocity of the extension of a crack was observed. The researched results indicated that:1. When the angle between the crack line and normal line of the incident P-wave face,αa= 0,P-wave causes the change of the velocity of the crack,but does not change its direction,S-wave causes the change of the direction of the crack;2. When 0<α<π/2,P-wave and S-wave all cause the change of the direction of the crack, P-wave decreases the velocity of the crack and S-wave increases the velocity of the crack.This research has the theoretical and practical meaning for understanding deeply the mechanism of the interaction of the explosion impulsive load with extending cracks and the interaction of the crack with the stress waves from a borehole ignited first,and another adjacent borehole ignited lately in blasting engineering.
