摘要
针对大断面岩巷掘进爆破过程中出现的"抽炮"、成型不好、超挖欠挖现象,提出了复式双楔形混合掏槽方式,根据掘进断面岩石的强度及周边眼、崩落眼的参数计算公式,对周边眼、崩落眼间距、最小抵抗线、装药量进行精确地计算。工程实践表明,优化后的光面爆破参数,提高了掏槽爆破效果和装岩效率、巷道成型较好,减少了对围岩的破坏作用。
Aiming at the problem of large section roadway occurred "pumping gun" , bad forming, over- break over- excavation phenomenon during rock blasting, a double pair of wedge mixed cut ways, depending on the strength of rock excavation section and the surrounding eye, caving eye parameters formula, the surrounding eye, caving eye spacing, minimum line, the amount of the drug is accurately calculated. Engineering practice showed that the optimized smooth blasting parameters improved cut blasting and mucking efficiency, roadway shape was better, which reduced the damaging effects of the surrounding rock.
