摘要
研究了超声波对罗布麻织物染色性能的作用 ,并对其机理进行了分析。通过对还原染料、活性染料、直接染料在超声波作用下和常规条件下染色性能的对比 ,证明了超声波对以上三类染料染罗布麻织物有明显的促染作用 ,特别是能够提高染料的上染速率及固色率。
The effect of applying ultrasonics in Apocynum Venetum-fabrics dyeing was discussed.The comparing experiments with and without ultrasonics showed that the ultrasonics can not only increase the dying speed of vat dyes,direct dyes and reactive dyes,but also increase the dye-uptake and permeable effects.The result of ultrasonics improving the dyeing effect was discussed.
