超声波对毛用活性染料染色性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用毛用活性染料分别在常规条件和超声波条件下染羊毛织物,分析染色温度、染色时间、K/S值和色牢度等,得到毛用活性染料超声波染色羊毛的较佳条件:染色温度60~70℃、染色时间40~80min、超声波频率35~45kHz。试验证明,超声波羊毛染色可提高织物的耐摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度,且有利于羊毛纤维膨化、打开鳞片层,以及染料的充分溶解。 Wool dyeing was carried out with reactive dyes under conventional and ultrasonic wave conditions respectively. Factors exerting influence on K/S value and color fastness were discussed, such as dyeing temperature and time, the optimum conditions were defined : dyeing at 60 - 70℃ for 40 - 80 minutes assisted with ultrasonic wave of frequency ranging from 35 to 45 kHz. Results proved that ultrasonic wave was benefit for fiber swelling, scale opening and dyestuff dissolving, therefore, color fastness to rubbing and soaping of the wool dyeings was improved.
