摘要
连续轧染生产涤棉混纺深黑色织物一般采用二浴法 ,无论是使用分散 /活性 ,还是分散 /士林染色工艺 ,都需要合理选择染料。染料类型不同 ,选择的标准也不同 ,本文分别予以介绍 ,并例举了生产实例。
In general, continuous pad dyeing process of polyester-cotton fabric is adopted in two bath. Reasonable dyes selection is essential either for disperse/reactive dyes or disperse/indanthrene dyes. Different types of dyes have different selection standard. Therefore, the process and selection of dyes are introduced and listed in example.
