摘要
根据多组份分散染料增效应用的原埋,研制了快速分散染料HRD和超细纤维用HACE系列分散染料。测试了染料的上染速度、提升率、得色量和移染性,在100℃时,上染率达到90％,移染度为80％～90％,日晒牢度可达6～7级,其它应用性能优良。
HRD range disperse dyes for fast dispersing and HCE range disperse dyes for microfiber were prepared on the basis of the theory of synergistic effect,the dyeing curve, build up, dye yield and migration property were tested.the dye uptake and migration degree were 90% and 80-90% respectly at 120℃ Light fastness was 6-7, and other properties were good.
