摘要
采用现代配方,在传统三黄膏中配入芦荟,通过正交试验对芦荟三黄烧伤膏的稳定性进行研究,运用多种乳化剂的配合使用,制成最优配方为硬脂酸1%,白油10%,单甘酯2%,K120%的稳定乳剂。同时对该产品的抑菌性能与传统抗生素作了比较,效果相当。
Aloe is added into the traditional chinese herbal burn cream. A stable prescription is introduced in this paper by emulsion optimization:stearic acid 1%,white oil 10%,monoglyceride 2%,K_(12) 0%. Meanwhile, it is showed that Aloe Sanhuang burn cream and traditional antibiotics have similar effect after bacteriostatic experiments.
