摘要
目的观察化腐清创术治疗体表脓肿的临床疗效。方法收集2013年12月—2015年1月60例体表脓肿患者,随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用化腐清创术,对照组30例采用切开引流术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、伤口愈合时间长短及愈合后瘢痕大小。结果两组总有效率均为100%;治疗组治疗体表脓肿在伤口的愈合时间、愈合后瘢痕的大小方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化腐清创术治疗体表脓肿有疗效好、病程短、愈合后瘢痕小的优点。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of corruption debridement in treatment of superficial abscess. Methods A total of 60 patients with superficial abscess admitted during December 2013 and January 2015 were divided into two groups. The treatment group（ n = 30） was treated with corruption debridement,while the control group（ n = 30） was given incision and drainage. The curative effects,the time of wound healing and cicatricial size after healing in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 100% in each group. The time of wound healing and cicatricial size after healing in the treatment group were shorter and smaller than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The corruption debridement in treatment of superficial abscess has advantages,such as better curative effect,a shorter course of disease and smaller cicatricial size after healing.
