摘要
阐述了医院图书馆深化读者信息服务工作的关键是人才队伍素质建设 ,结构合理的馆藏资源是基础 ,并对信息资源分层次开发 ,信息服务向深层次发展 。
The key of deepening reader information service in hospital library is quality construction of talented man,library resources of just structure is foundation.Information resource is developing in different levels,and information service is to develop in deep level.The countermeasures were suggested in this thesis.
