摘要
以演示说明的形式直观地介绍了chat实时参考咨询服务及其功能与服务形式 ,并对其优缺点进行了分析 ,指出国内各图书馆应如何结合自身的服务范围及特点来开展chat服务。
This paper states the concept,characters,function of chat real time reference service,makes the analysis about the advantages and shortcomings,then points out how to make good use of every kind of different service style.
