脱脂豆粕中提取大豆异黄酮的条件研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过溶剂对比实验及单因素实验和正交实验,确定了从脱脂豆粕中提取大豆异黄酮的最佳提取溶剂及最佳提取条件.最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度60%,提取温度70℃,物料比1∶18,提取时间2h,提取次数2次.采用该方法从脱脂豆粕中提取大豆异黄酮的提取率为0.45%. From the solvent comparison test,single factor test and orthogonal test,the optimum extracting solvent and conditions were obtained to extract soybean isoflavone from defatted soybean meal.The optimal conditions were:60% ethanol concentration,1∶18 the ratio of defatted soybean meal to solvent, 70℃ extracting temperature, 2 hours extracting time for each of two extracting processes.On above conditions,the extraction rate was reached to 0.45%.
