摘要
探讨《脾胃论》一书在脏腑学说及脏腑辨证用药方面的运用。“补土派”医家李东垣倡言脾胃论,对于疾病发病机制、脏腑病机及治疗用药无不是以脾胃为中心来认识的,建立了以脾胃为中心的四时五脏辨证用药体系,变五脏用药为升降浮沉补泻法。该辨证体系以五行、运气等学说为理论依据,强调“藏气法时”、升降浮沉,在方法上高人一畴。《脾胃论》并非专论脾胃病,而脏腑辨证不只辨杂病。
To discuss the application of the book of the Theory of Spleen and Stomach in viscera theory and viscera syndrome differentiation. Li Dongyuan , a doctor of 'school of nourishing the earth' advocates spleen and stomach theory. His cognition on pathogenesis of disease, viscera pathogenesis and therapy and medicine application are all adopted spleen and stomach as center, and has built four seasons and five viscera differential medicine application system regarding spleen and stomach as center, changes five viscera medicine application into ascending descending, sinking and emerging, reinforcing and reducing method. This differential system depends on the theories of five elements, and Qi circulation etc. It emphasizes 'Zang Qi Fa Shi', ascending and descending, sinking and emerging. It is better than others in methods. The theory of spleen and stomach discusses not only the diseases of spleen and stomach, and viscera syndrome differentiation differentiates not only mixed diseases, as well.
