从分子水平探讨“和于阴阳,调于四时”“五脏应四时”理论的客观性 被引量:3

摘要 本实验以大白鼠作为实验动物,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,在春分、夏至、秋分、冬至,分别观察了血清、小肠和肺脏LDB的B亚基的百分含量以及血清LDH同工酶相对活力的变化。实验结果表明,在四节气中,血清LDH的B亚基的百分含量和LDH同工酶电泳图谱以及相对活力所反映出的机体能量代谢的变化节律,基本遵循着“和于阴阳,调于四时”的规律。小肠和肺脏LDH和B亚基的百分含量所反映出的脏腑细胞能量代谢的变化节律,基本遵循着“五脏应四时”的规律。结果表明,上述中医理论在以LDH为指标的分子水平上得到支持。 The chiaese medicine thought that physiological action of human body related to four seasons,it gets near to 'the human body must be in harmony with Yin and Yang and adjust himself to the four seasons'. The variety of percentage of B subunit of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum,small intestine,lung and serum LDH isoenzyme activity (%) in the spring equinox, summer solstice, autumn e-quinox,winter solstice in rats with method of poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis was observed- The results indicated that percentage of B subunit of serum LDH and electrphoretogram of serum LDH isoen-zymeand activity (.%) of serum LDH isoenzyme re-flectible rhythm of organism's energy metabolism basically conform to law of 'the human body must be in harmony with Yin and Yang,and adjust him- self to the four seasons'. From the results it may be deduced that percentage of B subunit of LDH in small intestine and lung reflectible rhythm of organic energy metabolism basically conform to law of ' five viscera correspond to the four seasons'. Accordingly,it seems that from molecular level are a support for the above chinese medicine theory.
