摘要
通过大田试验 ,研究了烤烟不同氮素形态及配比对硝酸还原酶 (NR)、谷酰胺合成酶(GS)活性和总氮、烟碱含量的影响。结果表明 :移栽后 30d至采收结束 ,T2处理 (纯施NH4-N)的NR、GS活性一直保持相对较高的水平 ;自移栽后 30d至 76d ,T1 (纯施NO3-N)的总氮含量增加了 5 3.40 % ,T2增加了 60 .2 3% ,T3(NO3-N∶NH4-N =1∶1 )增加了 2 3.75 % ,其中T3增加的最少 ;成熟期烟碱含量随硝态氮肥比例增加有下降趋势。
Studies on the influence of different nitrogen forms and key enzyme of flue-cured tobacco nitrogen metabolism NR,GS activity,total N and the content of nicotine was studied showed that NR and GS activity of T2 treatment (applied NH 4-N singlely) was the highest after transplanting 30 days.The content of all the nitrogen of T1 (applied NO 3-N singlely) was increased 53.40%, T2 was increased 60.23%,T3 (NO 3-N∶NH 4-N=1∶1) was increased 23.75%in 30-76 days after transplanting.The content of nicotine in mature stage decreased with increase of proportion of mitrate nitrogen.
