摘要
烤烟是对氮营养需求量比较高的农作物之一,氮肥施用量的高低直接影响烤烟的最终产量的形成以及烟叶的品质,同时也会影响烤烟生长过程中的生理活动,即从外在表现上则是不同生理活性物质活性或者含量的变化。详细分析了氮对烤烟硝酸还原酶活性、谷氨酞胺合成酶活性的影响规律,明确了氮对烤烟叶片内色素、蛋白质、氨基酸、烟碱含量的影响规律,以期为烤烟生产中科学合理地施用氮肥提供理论依据。
Tobacco was one of the relatively high crop nitrogen nutrition demand. Nitrogen fertilizer directly affected the formation of the final yield and quality of tobacco leaf, and would also affect physiological activity of the growth of flue-cured tobacco in the pro- cess, from the appearance was the change in substance in different physiological activity or content. This paper analyzed the influence of nitrogen on tobacco nitrate reductase activity and glutamine synthetase activity, clarified the influence regularity of nitrogen on leaf pigment, protein, amino acid, nicotine content, which would provide theoretical basis for scientific and reasonable application of nitro- gen fertilizer production.
