摘要
针对胶圈胶料的抗静电及抗粘附要求 ,从配方组成上添加相适应的组分 ,胶圈无需进行表面处理就能达到纺纱工艺要求。介绍了NDA B0 2 2型不处理胶圈胶料配方的设计思路 ,对胶料性能及胶圈物理性能进行了测试分析。与处理胶圈、Armstrong胶圈的纺纱对比试验表明 ,NDA B0 2 2型不处理胶圈纺纱质量较好 。
In order to meet the demand of apron rubber material antistatic and anti-adhere, advisable constituent in the formula are added, which can make apron achieve the demand of yarn spinning technology with surface non-treatment. Design idea of NDA-B022 non-treatment apron rubber material formula is introduced, and rubber material performance and apron physical property are tested and analyzed. NDA-B022 non-treatment apron spinning ability is compared with treatment apron and Armstrong apron, the result shows the spinning ability of NDA-B022 non-treatment apron is better, and achieves the level of import apron technique.
