介绍了高速精梳机分离辊的工艺特性 ,从原料的优选与配方、应用新工艺技术及新检测技术等方面详细论述了NFR -W 999型表面不处理低硬度分离辊的研制及应用 ,长时间大面积使用表明 :该分离辊因其胶料的高分散度、表面不处理与低硬度优良性能使其具有抗绕良好、生产运转正常、质量优良的特点 ,可明显改善条干均匀度 。
Introduction is made in details to process property of seperating roll.Description is given to the development and application of surface non treated seperating roll with low hardness NFR W999 regarding preparation and sorting of raw materials,new tech and new testing means.Time tested practice shows that the roll above said is of good anti entangling property,stable operation and quality products.It is recommended that the products can be used as a substitution of the same kind from abroad for good CV values.
