摘要
介绍了生产电工用稀土铝母线的主要工艺技术,分析了稀土在电工用铝母线生产中的作用。生产实践表明:稀土具有良好的净化铝熔体、细化晶粒和对杂质相的变质作用,当Ce加入量为0.066%时,铝母线成品的平均抗拉强度、伸长率及导电率分别比国家标准值提高29.7%、50.0%和4.4%,可满足大多数场合的使用要求。
The main technology of producing rare earths aluminum bus bars for electrical purpose was recommended and the role of rare earths in aluminum bars was analyzed. It is found that rare earths have good effects of purification、grain refinement and modification in aluminum melt. The average strength、elongation and electric conductivity of aluminum bus bars were increased by 29.7%、50.0% and 4.4% respectively compared to the national standard when adding Ce by 0.066%. The products can satisfy with lots of application occasions.
