摘要
目的 :探讨颈横皮神经卡压对颈部疼痛的影响及相应治疗方法。方法 :对 112例颈横皮神经卡压所致颈部疼痛的患者 ,采用铍针进行治疗 ,选取胸锁乳突肌后缘及颈椎棘突旁压痛点为进针点 ,并对治疗前后进行疗效评估。结果 :112例患者平均随访 16个月 ,其中治愈 6 4例 ,显效 36例 ,好转 8例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率达 97 15 %。结论 :颈横皮神经卡压可以导致颈部疼痛 ,铍针治疗效果肯定。
Objective:To evaluate neck pain induced by entrapment of syndrome and its treatment with Pi-zhen.Methods:One hundred Twelve patients with neck pain caused by entrapment of the tranverse cervical cutaneous nerve were included.The patients were treated with Pi-zhen,Select the pressure pain point in the posterior border of sternocleidomastoid and cervical spine as needling point,The patients were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results:The mean follow-up time was 16 months.Out of the 112 patients with neck pain treated with Pi-zhen,64 patients were cured,36 patients had symptoms significantly improved,8 patients had moderate improvement while the remaining 4 patients did not show benefits from the treatment.Taken together,effective treatments with Pi-zhen were seen in 97.15% of the patients.Conclusion:Entrapment of tranverse cervical cutaneous nerve may lead to neck pain.The effective treatment with Pi-zhen.
