摘要
目的探讨铍针松解治疗颈肩部皮神经卡压综合征的疗效。方法对520例颈肩部皮神经卡压致颈肩部疼痛的患者采用铍针松解治疗。应用目测类比评分法（VAS）结合临床症状和体征对治疗效果进行评估。结果520例患者治疗前后疼痛目测类比评分间差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。经1-12个月随访,治愈282例,显效145例,好转73例,无效20例。结论铍针治疗颈肩部皮神经卡压综合征的疗效较好。
Objective To evaluate the effect of acupuncture with beryllium - acicula therapy on cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome of neck and shoulder. Methods 520 paients with neck and shoulder pain due to cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome of neck and shoulder were treated with beryllium - acicula. The result was measured according to visual analogue scale （VAS） combined with clinical symptoms and physical examinations. Results The pain was effectively alleviated after the treatment, and there was significant difference of VAS score between pre - treatment and post - treatment. （ P 〈0. 005）, the followed up was 1 to 12 months. 282 cases were cured, 145 cases were alleviated, 73 cases were improved, 20 cases were failed. Conclusion Acupuncture with beryllium - acicula therapy is effective in the treatment of cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome of neck and shoulder.
