摘要
室温下光电导的衰减是个复杂过程,首先是迅速衰减的光电导(P.C)过程,随后则是缓慢衰减的持续光电导(P.P.C)过程。本文给出室温下持续光电流所遵从的近似方程,并以此方程研究在不同光照时间,持续光电流的衰减情况。本文提出光生载流子处于“局域性起伏的无序势场”中的模型来解释持续光电导产生的机制。
The decay of photoconductivity at room temperature is a complicated process.It can be described as a rapid decay of photoconductivity(P.C)first,fol- lowed by a slow decay of persistent photoconduetivity(P.P.C)In this paper,an ap- proximate equation for the decay of photocurrent is given,on the basis of which the research on the decay of photocurrent at different illuminating time is carried out. The paper also demonstrates a model of “photogenerated carreirs in a random local- potential fluctuation field”by which the mechanism of PPC can be explained.
