摘要
讨论了一种基于边缝调制的实时全息三缝干涉仪的原理和实现过程,推导了实时三缝干涉光强分布随边缝位相变化的计算公式,结合三缝干涉的原理和特点,利用全息实时再现出三缝的衍射光波,从而实现对边缝位相变化的测量。该实验方法,可应用于光学表面不平度和微小厚度的测量。
This paper discussed the study of the principle and experiments of holographic real-time three-slit interferometer with its lateral slit tuned. The calculation equation of the changes in distribustion of real time three-slit diffracted light intensity as lateral slit phase changed was derived.The measurement of phase changes of lateral slit were made based on the principle and characteristics of three-slit diffraction and by reconstructing holographic real-time three-slit diffracted light waves.The experimental methods can be applied to the measurement of unevenness of optical surface.
