摘要
目的 :研究用超声技术提取紫草素的方法。方法 :采用超声波法和乙醇浸取法提取紫草素 ,测定溶液的吸光度值 ,并进行比较。结果 :超声法提取在 4 5分钟达到最大提取率 ,比乙醇浸取法提取率高 7%。结论 :超声法提取紫草素与常规提取法相比较 ,超声法可提高紫草素的提取率和节省提取时间。
Objective:Study on the Ultrasonic Extraction of Shikonin by ultrasonic method. Methods: Ultrasonic and ethanol methods were used. Results: The distill rate by ultrasonic method reaches the maximum at 45 minutes and the yield is 7% higher than ethanol method.Conclusion:The results showed that ultrasonic method could impove the extraction rate and save extraction time of shikonin.
