摘要
为探讨中药紫草的避孕效果及作用机理,应用组织学和同位素放射免疫法对SD雌性大鼠进行了观察研究。结果表明,紫草有抑制大鼠卵泡发育与成熟的作用,用药后血清FSH和LH浓度下降,出现明显的抗生育效果。停药第45天,实验动物重现动情期,恢复正常生育力,这为临床中药避孕提供了实验证据。
The effect of Zicao on the contraception was studied by the
methods of histology and radioimmunoassay.The drug was poured into the
stomach of SD rats for 21 days and 30 days.On the 21th and 30th day,the
blood level of FSH and LH of treated group was reduced significently over
controls.Under light microscope,no mature follicle was found,only a few
primary follicles,and a lot of atresic follicles and primordial follicles were
observed in the ovary of treated group.Mating tests showed that 66% of rats
in the control groups fall pregnant on the 23th day after treatment,while the
pregnant rate of treated group was zero.On the 45th day,the fertility of
treated rats was recovered.During the whole experiment,no abnormal activity
occured in treated animals.The result suggests that Zicao has no poison on
the animal.This research privides the experimental evidence of Zicao applying
to contraception in clinical.
