雌激素、孕激素对小鼠胚卵体外发育及胚泡着床的影响

摘要 目的 :研究雌、孕激素在小鼠胚卵体外发育及胚泡着床过程中的作用。方法 :在小鼠桑椹胚与人蜕膜细胞共培养体系中分别加入雌激素 (E2 组 )、孕激素 (P组 )、雌激素和孕激素 (E2 +P4 组 ) ,观察各组胚卵发育以及胚泡粘附和铺展情况。结果 :E2 组桑椹胚向胚泡的发育率高于对照组 ,E2 +P4 组胚泡的粘附率和滋养层细胞的铺展率均较对照组高。结论 :单独用雌激素能够促进小鼠桑椹胚发育成胚泡 。 Objective: To study the effect of estrogen and progestogen on the development and implantation of mouse embryos in vitro. Methods: Mouse morulas were co-cultured with human decidual cells, then the development, attachment, and outgrowth of mouse embryos were observed by adding estrogen alone, progestogen alone, or estrogen plus progestogen to co-culture in vitro, and the experiment was divided into 4 groups.Results: In estrogen-treated group, the development rate is obviously higher than that in control, while in the group treated with estrogen plus progestogen, both the rate of blastocysts attachment and outgrowth are higher than control. Conclusion: It suggests that the development of morulas can be promoted by estrogen treatment alone, while the attachment and outgrowth of mouse blastocysts can be promoted by the co-application of estrogen and progestogen.
