摘要
高校图书馆要实现“以读者为本”的服务宗旨 ,应突出以上几方面的工作 :一是增强馆员自觉服务的意识 ;二是不断提高馆员的综合素质 ;三是优化图书馆藏结构 ;四是不断完善服务内容 ;五是使服务手段现代化、多样化 ;六是对读者进行培训。
The aspects below must be stressed for college library to realize the aim of accentuating readers.The lst,to strengthen the sense of serice consciously in missionary.The 2nd,to raise their integral quality constantly.The 3Td,to opimize the storage structure.The 4th,to perfect the service content.The 5th,to urge service means modernize and diversification.The 6th,to cultivate readers.
