摘要
在网络环境下图书馆要开展好特色信息服务 ,就要造就特质信息人员 ,建立特色数据库 ,建设现代化设备 ,就要用特定的信息服务方式为用户提供良好服务 ,以取得显著的社会经济效益。
This article argues that,in the networked environment,specialized library serviece have become ever more important,and that the success of such services depends very much on the availability of competent staff,specialized databases,modern equipment and appropriate service models.
