凋亡过程中真核细胞翻译启始因子与蛋白质翻译
摘要
细胞凋亡引起细胞主动死亡,此过程中蛋白质的合成受到影响。在细胞凋亡时caspases被激活,并抑制真核细胞翻译启始因子(eIF)家族成员的活性,后者对蛋白质的表达有重要意义。研究凋亡过程中的eIF家族成员为诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡提供了新思路。
