摘要
核基质蛋白参与染色质构成、DNA复制、转录及蛋白质翻译等一系列重要事件 ;核基质蛋白具有组织细胞特异性和肿瘤相关性。本文主要就核基质蛋白在肿瘤学上的应用作一综述。
