摘要
本研究将 56只 Wistar大鼠随机分为输精管结扎 3月组(RV—3)及对照组(RC—3),输精管结扎8月组(RV—8)及对照组(RC—8),输精管结扎15月组(RV—15)及对照组(RC—15)。分别检测各组的睾丸环——磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、睾丸睾酮、睾丸血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)。结果显示,RV-3组、RV—8组的睾丸cAMP明显低于RC-3组和RC-8组(P<0.05),而RV-15组与RC—15组睾丸cAMP则无差异(P>O.05)。睾丸睾酮,除RV-15组较RC—15组升高外(P<0.05),RV—3组、RV—8组与相应对照组无差异(P>0.05)。睾丸ACE则各月份结扎组均低于相应对照组(P<0.05)。相关分析显示睾丸cAMP与睾丸ACE呈正相关关系(r=0.443,P<0.05)。
The levels of cAMP testosterone and ACE in testicular tissue were studied in 3 (RV -3), 8 (RV -8) and 15 (RV -15) months following bilateral vasectomy, and the corresponding control groups (RC- 3, RC -8 and RC- 15). The results showed that the testicular cAMP content in RV -3. RV-8 was significantly lower than that in RC-3 and RC-8 (P<0. 05), with no obvious difference in testicular cAMP between RV- 15 and RC-15. There was no significant difference in testicular tissue testosterone among comparable groups except the 15th month groups. Testicular tissue ACE in the vasectomized groups was signifcantly lower than that in the control groups (P<0. 05). The level of testicular cAMP was obviously positively correlated to the activity of testicular ACE (r = 0. 443, P<0. 05).
