摘要
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and westerm medicine(TCM-WM)in treating the diffuse proliferative lupus nephritis(DP-LN).Methods:98 patients of DP-LN were randomly divided into treat group(TCM-WM)and control group(WM).Observe the effect.Results:Short-term effect:The total effective rate was 52.0% in TCM-WM group and 29.2% in control group with significant the difference(P<0.05).Long-term effect(>5 years):The total effection rate was 87.5% in TCM-WM group and 65.9% in control group with significant the difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the therapy of TCM-WM exerts a better effect than the sole therapy of WM.Most dead for lupus active with serious infection,lupus encephalopathy and end stage renal disease.
