摘要
本文探讨消炎痛(IM)对LPS诱导M_φ产生IL-1及LPS与M_φ作用时间对于IL-1产生和分泌的影响,表明IM(10μmol/L)可显著增加IL-1的产生和分泌;LPS与M_φ作用6h即可充分激发IL-1分泌。因此,LPS加IM和药物与M_φ培养数小时后更换新鲜培养液是在研究药物对IL-1分泌活性影响时的一种简便、实用、可靠的方法。
The effects of indomethacin (IM) and the incubation time of LPS with macrophages on LPS - stimulated macrophage IL-1 production were studied. It was showed that IM(10μmol/L) could signi fcantly enhance, the production and secretion of IL-1. LPS cultured with macrophages for 6 hours could stimulate IL-1 secretion So changing a fresh medium several hours after incubation of macrophages with LPS, IM and certain drug is simple, practical and reliable for researching effects of certain drug on IL-1 secretion activity.
