摘要
以小鼠为实验对象 ,发现人工合成的GHRP具有明显的增强机体免疫功能的作用 ,注射了GHRP的小鼠溶血素含量、红细胞免疫功能、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数和巨噬细胞活性 (以腹腔巨噬细胞的酸性磷酸酶和精氨酸酶为准 )等均高于对照组 (包括任选一个六肽HPA的系统对照 ) ;注射了GHRP的小鼠血液中SOD酶活性明显升高 ,而血清中丙二醛MDA含量呈下降趋势 。
Taking mouse as the object of study, we found the artificially synthesized GHRP enhanced the body's immunity with the indexes such as humoral immunity (hemolysin)、 red blood cell immunity、 swallow and activity (acid phosphatase & arginase) of peritoneal macrophage in the treat group much higher than the control group (including a systematic control of a six-residue peptide HPA chosen arbitrarily); also it could strengthen the potency of anti-aging with the increase of SOD enzyme activity in the blood and decrease of MDA formation in the serum.
