摘要
介绍了PLC在小型冷库压缩机控制系统中的应用,针对舟山地区小型冷库压缩机控制系统存在的问题,选用压力参数代替制冷温度参数作为检测信号,采用FX2-48MRPLC替代原来继电器逻辑电路组成的控制器对压缩机进行控制,使冷库的运行状态达到最佳效果,为实现无人值班冷库提供了方便。
The paper introduces application of PLC to compressor control system of the small refrigerator.For the problem that exists in the compressor control system in the small-sized refrigerator of Zhoushan Islands,by choosing the pressure parameter for the checkout signal to substitute for the refrigeration temperature parameter,using the controller of FX2-48MR PLC instead of the original relay logic circuit component to control the compressor,optimum effect of the small refrigerator.Nobody is on duty may be realize.
