摘要
压缩机控制系统是对实时数据进行监视和控制,为压缩机的稳定运行提供重要保障。针对压缩机控制系统的特性,从实际应用角度出发,以节约能源、人力为目的,提出了全自动控制系统思想,实现了一键开、停压缩机,同时机组并网完成后,由协调柜根据工艺需求来串级调节各台压缩机流量。现场投用证明,该控制系统工作稳定,控制效果显著,验证了整套方案的可行性。
Compressor control system can ensure steady operation of compressor by supervising and controlling real time data.The idea of full automatic control system is proposed based on characteristic of compressor control system to save energy and human source.This full automatic control system can realize start and stop of compressor by only one button.Coordinate cabinet can also coordinate flow of all compressors after network incorporation according to process requirement.Site operation proves that this control system has a steady running and notable control effect,thus further proving the feasibility of whole scheme.
