VRE感染的抗生素治疗 被引量：6

摘要 由于应用第三代头孢菌素之后 ,使得肠球菌感染不断增加 ,尤其是对多种抗生素耐药 ,在临床上只有应用万古霉素和替考拉宁进行治疗 ,但又出现了耐万古霉素肠球菌 (VRE)引起人类的各种感染 ,更使临床治疗增加了难度。对VRE感染的抗生素治疗进行了探讨。对此类感染除常规使用氨苄西林、呋喃妥因等外 ,还介绍了一些正在应用和研制开发的新抗菌药物 ,对VRE感染的治疗提供了新的途径。
