Ni—02喷焊材料切削刀具的选择与刀具磨损机理的研究

摘要 通过选用一批有代表性的典型刀具对喷焊镍基高温合金材料进行刀具耐用度切削对比试验,找出了各自的耐用度公式。并且还借助于扫描电镜和电子探针观察刀具磨损区、切屑底面和工件已加工表面,由微区形貌和微区成份分析得出其刀具主要为磨粒磨损的结论,这与通常高温镍基合金材料切削时的刀具磨损规律不同。 In this paper, the conrtart tool life tert has been carried out spraying weldhigh temperature nickel base alloy with some selected typical tool materials·And thenthore tool life formulas have been derived. The wear land of tool, tear face of chip andthe finished work surface have been examined with scanning electron microseope andelectron probe. From microstructure and mierocomposition analysis. it has condudedthat the tool wear is domimated mainly by abrasive particle wear, which is differentfrom the wear mechanism of tool on cutting common high temperature mickel bared al-loy.
