摘要
:以 Ni6 0自熔合金为喷焊材料 ,通过对喷焊层组织、硬度及磨损形式进行分析 ,探讨了 Ni6 0、Ni6 0 + 2 0 % WC、Ni6 0 + 35 % WC三种合金粉末喷焊层耐磨性 .对三种 Ni6 0粉末喷焊层的干磨损、腐蚀磨损行为进行了研究 .结果表明 ,合金粉末 WC含量升高时 。
Selecting Ni60 as the self melting alloy powder, this paper deals with the wear resistance of Ni60,Ni60+20%WC,Ni60+35%WC alloy systems.The effect of alloy composition,micro structure and hardness of the layer on wear resistance are studied.Investigation on corrosion,dry abrasion and corro sive abrasion behaviors are carried out for spraying welded layers with three kinds of Ni60 powders.The results shows that as the content of WC increases,the corrosion and wear resistance also increases.
