摘要
提出了一种适用于机床进给驱动系统的全闭环控制新方法,采用一阶数字调节器对进给驱动系统进行数字调节,能稳定地提高机床的定位精度和重复定位精度。该系统可以三坐标联动,实现空间曲面及平面曲线的运动轨迹,具有数控铣床的基本功能,能够满足铣削加工要求。
A new method of closed-loop control which is suitable for the feed drivesystem has been put forward in the paper. The first order digital regulator has been usedto regulate the system, the positionig accuracy and positioning repeatibility have beenraised steadily. The system has the function of moving simutenously on three axes. Thelocus of the space curve and the plane curve can be obtained. The system has the basicfunctions for the CNC milling machine.
