摘要
针对目前以步进电机驱动的经济型CNC车床开环控制系统存在的主要问题,提出了一种新型的步进电机闭环控制系统。该系统采用了闭环控制技术,可使刀架的定位精度和重复定位精度稳定地控制在±0.01mm之内。
In view of the present major problems of the open-loop control system for economic CNC lathe with stepping motor as feed motor, a newtype of closed-loop control system for stepping motor has been presented in the paper. Taking the closed-loop control technique, the positioning accuracy and the positioning repeatibility of the toolpost can be steadly limited to ±0.01mm.
