摘要
目的:利用三维重建CT观察颈椎在牵引状况下椎间隙改变的情况,探讨颈椎牵引的机制。方法:对一正常成年人,采用平卧位重锤式持续牵引,重量为1/8体重、1/6体重,采用GE公司UltraLightspeed8排螺旋CT作全颈椎的扫描,每层1.25mm,并在计算机上三维重建,显示颈椎椎体三维结构和正中矢状位结构。并进行测量。结果:表明颈椎牵引不能明显地改变颈椎椎间隙,相反常规颈椎牵引结束后颈椎椎间隙则相应的增长。结论:牵引的作用可能是通过牵拉反射,改变椎间隙,消除或减轻刺激症状,恢复颈椎正常功能。
AIM:To observe the change of cervical intervertebral space under traction by three dimensional reconstructive computed tomography(CT) so as to approach the mechanism of cervical traction. METHODS:A healthy adult received heavy duty sustained traction with 1/8 and 1/6 body mass in a supine position respectively,and then the whole cervical segments were scanned by 8 row screw CT(Ultra Light speed,GE) with each layer 1.25 mm.Finally,the image was reconstructed tridimensionally by computer to show three dimensional and mid sagittal structures,and then the data were measured. RESULTS:The cervical intervertebral space did not change under the present cervical traction,but oppositely,increased after routine cervical traction. CONCLUSION:The traction may affect the intervertebral space by tensile reflection so as to eliminate or alleviate the stimulation and recover the normal cervical function.
