摘要
本文报告应用牵引推拿疗法治疗颈椎间盘突出症20例,结果优4例,良8例,可4例,差4例,有效率为80%,优良率为60%。作者认为颈椎间盘突出症的发病与颈椎周围肌肉力量不平衡,椎间盘各部负荷不均有关。肩外展试验对本病的诊断有一定帮助,作者认为牵引推拿疗法治疗颈椎间盘突出症的机理主要是使突出的髓核还纳复位或变形及调整颈椎周围肌肉力量的平衡。强调两者相辅相成,不可偏废。
20 patients with protrusion of cerviacal intervertebral disc were treated by means of traction and Chinese medical massage. 12cases(60%)were in excellent or good result and 4 (20%) were in fair result, 2 in poor. The effective rate was 80%. Authors thought that the main cause of this disordor was the unbalance between muscle power on each side of cervical spine, which resulted in uneven loading on the intervertebral discs. The shoulder abduction test was helpful in the diagnosis of radiculopathy. The main mechanism of Chinese medical massage for cervical disc protrusion was in reducing the protruded discs or changing the shape of them and restoring the balance of muscle power on each side of cervical spine. Authors emphasized that the two aspects of the mechanism supplement eaach other and neither can be overempha sized at the expense of the other.
